We research existing spaces, experiences, programmes and proposals, examining how they were developed, how they are used and the circumstances around them. Site visits, interviews and observation sit alongside audience studies, journey mapping and feasibility work.

We present the findings and recommendations in a report or working session, supported by the relevant research and observations.
